My Weekly Weigh In  marking my first loss of august

Happy Saturday!

It’s Saturday again! Hooray! I am so happy to report that I have been crushing my goals this week! This week marks my first perfect week. It was tough sometimes but I hit my fitness and diet goals EVERY DAY and was actually excited to get on the scale this morning. I think that blogging about my weight loss is starting to help me feel more accountable. Because I was NOT going to report three consecutive weeks of gains, I really felt compelled to stick to my goals this week. There were several times that I felt tempted to make a bad choice. However, when that happened, a thought would creep into my head that I would have to write my weekly weigh-in post and that pushed me towards good choices instead.

Last Week’ s Weight – 169.2

This Week’s Weight – 167

Difference: -2.2

Starting Weight – 202

This Week’s Weight – 167

Total Weigh Lost: 35 pounds!




Celebrate!

I am so proud of myself this week! Hopefully, this momentum will keep me motivated and push me closer to my ultimate goal of hitting my pre-pregnancy weight by baby’s first birthday. Even if I don’t reach that goal by November, 35 pounds is still something worth celebrating!
