Weekly Weigh-In: 28 August
Ugh! Another gain this week. I’m back up to 168! Sigh. I’ve spent the month of August gaining and losing the same two pounds. Blah. I decided this week to try “intuitive eating” where you use your body’s natural hunger cues to determine how much and how often you eat. I learned one thing: my intuition is one hungry bitch!
Obviously I need to go back to tracking macros. Clearly, I can’t swing intuitive eating. My intuition is like, “hey fam, eat that whole pizza!” Oh well, next week is another opportunity to lose that same two pounds again. Ha
